Terms & Conditions

1. Order & Payment Policy

All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

Custom-made and made-to-order outfits require 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

No returns are accepted on any customized or made-to-order outfit.

Exchanges are permitted only in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

2. Customization & Measurement Policy

All customizations, including design, embroidery, fabric, colour, silhouette, and embellishment details, must be approved by the client before production begins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and updated measurements.

Simran Dhillon shall not be liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

Once production has commenced, no design or measurement changes can be guaranteed.

Any approved changes after production begins may incur additional charges.

Alterations requested after outfit completion will be treated as paid alterations.

3. Production Timeline

Standard production timelines range from 60–90 days, depending on the complexity of the outfit.

Custom shirts require approximately 15 days for production.

Men's formal suits require approximately 3 weeks for production.

Hand-embroidered garments generally require 30–60 days, depending on the intricacy of the embroidery and craftsmanship involved.

Production timelines commence only after final design approval, measurements, and receipt of the required payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to artisan availability, sourcing of materials, embroidery complexity, peak-season demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

Expedited or urgent orders are subject to production feasibility and will attract an additional charge of up to 20% of the outfit value.

4. Design Modification & Additional Charges

Any change in design, embroidery, fabric, colour, silhouette, or embellishments after order confirmation will be considered a modification.

Modification charges start from 20% of the outfit value and may vary based on the scope of changes.

Plus-size outfits and outfits requiring additional fabric, embroidery, or special craftsmanship may incur additional charges.

Any extra customization requested beyond the original order scope will be charged separately.

5. Trial & Fitting Appointments

Trial appointments must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.

Clients are requested to communicate primarily through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram for documentation and clarity.

For deliveries scheduled more than four months after booking, re-measurements may be required before production begins.

Missed trial appointments may result in delays in the final delivery timeline.

6. Alteration Policy

Alterations, where feasible, are valid for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Alterations resulting from weight fluctuations, pregnancy, body changes, or incorrect measurements provided by the client will be chargeable.

International alteration services are not provided.

Shipping costs for alteration requests are the client's responsibility.

7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Deliveries

Delivery timelines within India are typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

International Deliveries

International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and delivery method.

Duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the client.

Simran Dhillon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or courier-related issues.

Re-shipping due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or non-availability of the recipient will be chargeable.

8. Outfit Storage Policy

Completed outfits must be collected or shipped within 60 days of the notified completion date.

Simran Dhillon reserves the right to charge storage fees for outfits retained beyond this period.

Unclaimed outfits after the storage period may be treated as abandoned and disposed of at the company's discretion.

9. Design & Product Disclaimer

Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery placement, fabric weave, and embellishment details are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments.

Due to differences in screen settings and photography, actual colours may vary slightly from website, catalogue, or social media images.

Hand-embroidered mirrors, sequins, beads, crystals, and embellishments may experience minimal shedding or movement during wear, packaging, shipping, or handling. This is considered normal and not a manufacturing defect.

Every Simran Dhillon outfit is handcrafted; therefore, slight variations from samples, sketches, reference images, or displayed products may occur.

10. Bridal & Couture Orders

All bridal, couture, and heavily customized garments are made specifically for the client and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Multiple fittings may be required to achieve the desired fit and finish.

Final delivery timelines may vary depending on design complexity, embroidery requirements, and customization requests.

Clients are encouraged to place bridal and couture orders well in advance of their event date.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, photographs, content, logos, artwork, and creative concepts displayed by Simran Dhillon remain its exclusive intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Simran Dhillon, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
