As most garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, production timelines vary by product category:

Custom Shirts: Approximately 15 days

Men's Formal Suits: Approximately 3 weeks

  • Hand-Embroidered Garments: Approximately 30–60 days

Bridal, Couture, and Special Orders: Approximately 60–90 days

Production timelines begin only after:

Final design approval

Measurement confirmation

Receipt of the required payment

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to embroidery complexity, material sourcing, artisan availability, peak-season demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

Urgent orders may be accommodated subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders are dispatched after completion of production and quality checks.

Standard delivery timelines within India are generally 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

4. International Shipping

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of:
