Refunds & Returns
At Simran Dhillon, each garment is handcrafted and often customized specifically for the client. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Made-to-Order & Customized Products
Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled.
Advance payments made toward customized, made-to-order, bridal, couture, or personalized garments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any cancellation request received before production begins may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Simran Dhillon.
2. Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
As all garments are produced on a made-to-order basis, we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Personal preferences
Event cancellations or postponements
Incorrect measurements provided by the client
Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control
Minor colour, embroidery, fabric, or embellishment variations that are inherent to handcrafted garments
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where Simran Dhillon determines that a manufacturing defect cannot reasonably be repaired, altered, replaced, or resolved.
Any approved refund shall be processed through the original payment method where possible.
3. Return Policy
Customized & Made-to-Order Garments
Customized, bespoke, bridal, couture, and made-to-order garments are not eligible for return.
Products purchased during special promotions, sales, or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
Order details
Clear photographs of the issue
A description of the concern
- Upon review, Simran Dhillon may, at its discretion:
Repair the garment
Offer an alteration
Provide a replacement where feasible
Offer another appropriate resolution
The decision of Simran Dhillon regarding defect claims shall be final.
4. Alterations & Fit Adjustments
As garments are produced based on measurements provided by the client, fit-related concerns arising from incorrect or outdated measurements are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Alterations may be offered where feasible and may be subject to additional charges.
Complimentary alterations, where applicable, are available for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
International alteration services are not provided.
5. Colour & Handcraft Variations
All Simran Dhillon garments are handcrafted.
- Clients acknowledge that slight variations may occur in:
Colour tones
Embroidery placement
Handwork detailing
Fabric texture
Mirror, bead, crystal, sequin, or embellishment placement
Such variations are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and shall not be considered defects.
6. Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer after dispatch shall not qualify for a refund.
Any additional shipping, storage, customs, return shipping, or handling charges incurred due to refusal of delivery shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
